After signing, translate the agreement into plain-language tasks. Record the content due, approval process, posting date, appearance time, required disclosures and payment schedule.
Add reminders before each deadline and save evidence of completed work. Track content-usage periods and exclusivity restrictions so the athlete does not accidentally create a conflict with another brand.
A calendar does not replace the contract. It helps the family operate from the contract and identify questions early.
