Questions should become private support tickets, not public posts. The form should discourage unnecessary sensitive information and clearly state that submission does not create an attorney-client, tax-advisor, financial-advisor or other professional relationship.

A trained administrator can categorize and respond with educational resources. Routing to a verified professional should occur only with explicit consent, a record of that consent and disclosure of any platform or referral compensation.

Emergency issues belong with appropriate authorities, emergency services or crisis resources. The Help Desk should display this boundary prominently.

Protect their opportunity. Prepare for their future.
